Leo obtained production licenses from the General Administration of Quality Supervision and the Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China for production of C2 (long tail trailers) and C3 (jar bottle manufacturing). Sinoenergy is one of the three manufacturers that have obtained Chinese national authorization to produce CNG trailers. Sinoenergy's annual production of CNG trailers and jar bottles is currently 100 per year, and it has become a major CNG storage equipment manufacturer in China.
