Our Free-Flow (Wide Gap) Plate Heat Exchangers are used for liquids containing solids, particles, fibers or viscous materials.

Our double-wall THERMALFLOW plate heat exchanger is constructed with two identical plates nested together. Each of these double-wall pairs are fully welded at the port locations, creating a two-layer heat transfer wall. These pairs are then assembled into the heat exchanger as a normal single plate would be installed.

Replacement Plate & Regaskeing

Our Plates are available in SUS304, 316/316L, Titanium, Ti-pd,  SMO254, Nickel, Alloy C276 and so on.

Gaskets are available in NBR, EPDM, Viton-G. H-NBR, FKM/FPM and so on
