※Composition and working principle of hydraulic pump station:

YZ series hydraulic pump station is an independent hydraulic unit. It controls the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil according to the requirements of main frame. This makes it fit for the main frame and hydraulic machine. After customers buy it, they just need to connect the hydraulic pump station and the actuating device (oil cylinder or oil motor) with an oil pipe, and the hydraulic machine can achieve various kinds of specified motion and operating cycle.
The hydraulic pump station is made up of motor-pump device, manifold block or valve combination, oil tank and electrical box. The function of each component is shown as follows:
Motor-pump device:it contains motor and oil pump, which is the power supply of hydraulic pump station and is able to convert the mechanical energy to the pressure energy of hydraulic oil.
Manifold block:it is assembled by hydraulic valve and channels, which controls the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.
Valve combination:the plate valve is fixed on the vertical plate and behind the plate the tubes interconnect. It has the same function as manifold block.
Electrical box:divided into two types. One is a terminal board with external wire lead and the other is equipped with a complete set of control apparatus.
Working principle of hydraulic pump station: the motor drives the oil pump to rotate and the pump absorbs oil from the oil tank and supplies oil to convert mechanical energy to pressure energy of hydraulic oil. With the help of manifold block (or valve combination), hydraulic oil regulates the direction, pressure and flow, and then goes through external tubes into the oil cylinder or motor of hydraulic machines in order to control actuating device’s direction change, strength and speed and promote all kinds of hydraulic machines to operate.

※Structural forms and main technical parameters of hydraulic pump station:

Structural forms: to differentiate in respect of the structural form, installation position and cooling system of motor-pump device.
It is divided into three types according to the structural form and installation position of motor-pump device:
1.Top-mounted vertical type:motor-pump device is vertically mounted on the oil tank cover, mainly used for constant displacement pump system.
2.Top-mounted horizontal type:motor-pump device is horizontally mounted on the oil tank cover, mainly used for variable displacement pump system in order to regulate the flow.
3. Side-mounted type:on the basis of motor-pump device being horizontally and independently mounted by the side of oil tank, the side-mounted type can be equipped with a spare motor-pump device, mainly used for a system with over 250L of oil tank capacity and over 7.5 kw of motor power.
It is divided into two types according to the cooling system of hydraulic pump station:
1. Natural cooling: in the way that the oil tank itself exchanges heat with the air for cooling, normally used for the system with the oil tank capacity less than 250L.
2. Forced cooling: with the help of cooler to make a forced cooling, normally used for the system with the oil tank capacity more than 250L.
Main technical parameters: effective capacity of the oil tank and motor power.
