1 Inquiry You send us an inquiry, we furnish you an offer according to your drawings with dimensions
2 Negotiation Customer provide the sample, 3D drawing or digital files and both parties negotiate over the price and mould material, lead time and payment terms etc.
3 Place the Order based on specific demands of the customer and the agreement of both parties
4 Design BHM team start to make a UG and PRO-e file for the sample or 3D drawing finished by the customer; Customer confirm the drawing
5 Machining After receiving down payment we inform the workshop to start mold making.
6 Trial Mold After the mold finished, we trial mold and send samples/videos to you. Also we warmly welcome you come to check the trial mold process. If mold needs refinement, we will cooperate it free, will not charge customer more if the modification is not too much.
7 Delivery Upon approved by the customer and we get the balance, we will arrange mold shipment to port
