This machine is used for laminating of rolling material,such as BOPP,PET,CPP,CPE,nylon,aluminum foil,paper,etc.The compounded material has the functions of high strength,high fresh,high braise-proof,etc.
Single-position,double photo-electric error-correction and magnetic powder tension auto control for first unwinding;pneumatic shaft for rewinding. Anilox roll with air pressure scraper,bend arm style air pressure pressing roller. Adopts two sets imported frequency conversion timing for main motor,which can be controlled by synchronous controller. Air type oven cover,active guide roller in oven,four sections independent constant hot air drying system,with adjustable interior circulation constant air draining and suction device,8 meter oven. With outer heating by heating oil,interior circulation constant temperate auto control,pneumatic heat compound. With double unwinding shelf for second unwinding,magnetic powder tension auto control for lower unwinding,upper unwinding is controlled by manual,with pneumatic shaft for unwinder. Single-position rewinding,rewinded by moment motor or DC motor constant tension control,with pneumatic shaft for rewinder.
