1. Lightweight Design
Adopting lightweight design in heat engine part, mainly in piston, piston ring, piston pin, valve, valve rocker arm, camshaft, etc.
2. Three-oil Groove on Piston
Surfacing three oil groove on piston, reducing friction between the piston and the cylinder significantly.
3. Tin-plating Tech
Tin-plating on surface of piston, reducing friction loss
4. Spraying Cool-down Tech
A spraying orifice is added on the crankcase, spraying lubricating oil directly to the back of piston, cooling down the temperature of piston to prevent deformation and reduce deposited cinder.
5 Integrated Rocker Arm Bracket and Roller Rocker
Adopting rocker arm bracket to install easily and roller to reduce friction and extend life
6. Triple Airway Design
A triple airway is designed inside of the cylinder head, enhancing the air cool-down efficiency significantly, and reducing the temperature of the whole cylinder.
7. Vortex intake Design
Intake of engine is improved to transform air to vortex, improving the combustion efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
