Material:
It is made of 0.23mm, 0.27mm and 0.3mm cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with low iron loss and high permeability.

Characteristic:
Nicore also produces stacked cores in new low core loss material for distribution transformers ranging from 10kVA to 2500kVA. The cores are also cut by precise shearing machine with burss less than 0.03mm, width tolerance (+/-)0.1m, length tolerance (+/-)0.5mm. The material magnetic properties are restored by annealed in belt type furnaces with inert-gas-filled.

Single and three-phase cores are available.
Single phase cores ranging from 10kVA to 5000kVA,
Three-phase cores ranging from 10kVA to 40MVA.

Application:
Stacked cores are widely used in 50Hz transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, welding machine and power distribution transformers.
