class AA molds for exports molds, we use usually high quality steel and mold bases from LKM

class a mold for china production

class B molds for prototype runs up to 10.000 pc

sometimes if necessary and numbers are up tp millions we delver TYPE 1O1 MOLD, we only use high quality steel types in that case

Our Injection Molding faclity offers low- to mid to high volume part production from real engineering-grade thermoplastic and silicone rubber materials in three to 4  weeks. Our company is often used for prototyping, shortrun manufacturing up to 10,000+ plastic parts and bridge tooling before moving to large-scale manufacturing.
