Shanghai NSJ Hardware Ltd is a manufacturer specializing in producing all kinds of caulking guns, cartridges, static mixers which are widely used for sealant and epoxy adhesive dispensing solutions.

This cartridge type consists of two cylindrical tubes which are arranged side by side, are connected with each other, and merge into a coaxially designed head piece (tube-in-tube design). The component A is in one tube (A tube) and the component B is in the other tube (B tube). Both tubes are closed with corresponding pistons. The two-component cartridge is extruded by means of a special gun and a static helical mixer. This special gun, whose dimensions are matched to the diameter and the volume of the two-component cartridge, features a rod which is matched to the parallel side-by-side arrangement of the A and B tubes of the cartridge and whose ends are fitted with push-plates. During the extrusion process the gun rod is pushed in axial direction simultaneously into both the A and the B tubes, as a result of which the A and B components in the tubes are pressed out of the cartridge at the same time and are homogeneously mixed by the static helical mixer screwed onto the cartridge.
