Overview
WS horizontal Die Spotting machine can be used for Die spotting and try-out, maintenance, opening/closing mold, pressure test, repair mode, ejector pin restoration trail and so on.

The Machine adopts PLC control system and Touch Screen interface; The special electric permanent magnetic clamping the mold on the fixed and activity plates, with secure magnet strength (no need bolts to mount the mold); Use the hydraulic pressure to drive the mold opening, colosing, force and make a 0-90° Reversing of the plate.

1. It is highly effection, safe and easy to operation. The press is able to maintain highly accurate and consistent operations over a long period time, reduce work intensity; Safe and with no noise.

2. It has functions such as fast closing, slow closing, slow opening, pressure adjustment, instant intensification of magnetization and demagnetization and so on. The operation is free and relaxed, and its advantages are more outstanding especially for the partial spotting, large scale mold of A, B Plates. (Other auxiliary equipments are not required and no need to be fixed with bolts. )

3. Electric-permanent magnetic chuck is the newest disc products successfully researched by China, with the patent Number of 02246458'1. Electric permanent magnetic chuck is called as the most advanced disc at present, whose electric magnetic augmentation system can make the magnetic force rise up to the highest level. In case of circuit fault or sudden power failure, permanent magnetic force system will play the role of magnetic force fixation independently and the protection time is permanent.

4. Adopts rotary human-computer interface, screen touch operation, which is luxurious and good-looking, with interlocking functions.

5. Secure and reliable, with power-off protection function, adopts double magnetic circuit of electric magnetic, permanent so as to prevent sudden power failure which may cause the drop of the mold.

6. Beautiful and comfortable appearance, easy to be installed, the weight and size are only 1/5 of the same type vertical engines. It can be installed on ordinary cement ground, no need any foundation irrigation.
