Testing and calculating method of stress and deformation:
The workpiece is prepared at 20× 150mm, with 5 full waves included and cut at wave crests.
1. σ 1=P/S, where P is the pressure (N) to press the workpiece wave crest to the 20% of its initial height between two plates, while S is the respective projective area (mm2) of the workpiece.
2. K1=(a-a1)/a, where a is the initial wave height, while a1 is the wave height after thermal press treatment(Press the workpiece to plan, and keep it for 24 hours at 130± 2oC, then cool it down to room temperature).
3. K2=(σ 1-σ 2)/σ 2, where σ 2 is the 20% deformation stress after thermal press treatment, which is tested in the same way asσ 1.
4. K3 and K4 are corresponding to K1 and K2 respectively after aging ( Press the workpiece to plan, and keep 168 hours at 120± 2oC, then cool down to room temperature and take out).
