Our leading bimetallic products are pol-metal CCA wire and CCS wire. By applying our patented clad-welding technique, the wire is made by fusing a core aluminum or steel wire with an external copper cladding. The two different kinds of metal are metallurgically bonded at their interface and the copper-cladding thickness remains constant, so they become a single and indissociable wire. Because of skin effect, the AC conductivity of CCA and CCS wire equals to solid copper when frequency greater than 5 MHz.
