We have more than 8 years of experience in mounting 0402 chips, BGA, CSP, BCC, and lead-free manufacturing. Shinwa has 30 SMT production lines now, including 38 sets of high-speed chip mounters, 23 sets of multi-functional placement machines, which can place the parts range from 01005 chips to minitype BGA. With a high efficiency, the total throughput exceeds 700, 000, 000 chips per month.

The SMT has been coordinately equipped with all kinds of advanced inspecting, repairing, testing equipments, which including 28 sets of OMRON/AGILENT/SAKI AOI, 4 sets of onTEC AXI, 2 sets of BGA Rework Stations, 4 sets of Solder Paste Thickness Inspectors, and 6 sets of Reflow Oven Temperature Profile Testers.
Moreover, We are in possession of 12 sets of high-end ICT, 3 sets of lower-end ICT, 9 sets of Dual Wave Soldering Machines, tens of Belt and Pulley Assembly Lines, 90 sets of Radio Communication Testers, 2 High-temperature Aging Rooms, 3 Automated PCBA Coating Lines, 1 separate Mobile Phone Reliability Lab, etc.
