3. System overview
3.1 The system consists of main body, roller units, gear box, inlet and outlet guiding device, cooling and lubricating device, motor and electrical control system. It is also equiped with pay-off rack, coiler and bobbins.
3.2 The main motor is a case structure as a whole, including two chambers. The front chamber has roller unit, straightening wheel group and cooling water tank, etc. The back chamber has gear slow down device, lubricating oil pool, etc. The electrical control box and instrument panel are at the right side of the main body. The speed of continuous roller is subject to the speed of main motor. The main motor is frequency converting speed adjusting type.
3.3 The roller unit has adjusting function. The form and size of the rolling hole can be adjusted to and ideal condition.
3.4 Copper rod goes into rolling unit through straightening wheel and rod guiding wheel. There is no need to fix the head.
3.5 The inlet guiding device can adjust the size and the form of the hole between copper rod and guiding device to avoide turn over when rolling it.
3.6 Each rolling unit has insurance couplings to avoide overload and to assure safety.
