After the alarm is properly mounted, connected it to 220V power supply or DC 12V power supply (do not reverse the polarities) and the green power supply indicator lamp lights. 3 minutes later, the alarm enters normal monitoring state. once gas leakage happens and the indoor gas concentration is higher than the alarm settings, the red alarm lamp starts to flash and the buzzer gives an alarm. If the leakage still goes on 30 later, the alarm will output contact signal.

When the gas concentration is lower than the alarm settings, the buzzer stops alarming and the red lamp goes out and the contact signal recovers. The alarm comes back to the state of monitoring.

Remark  The alarm is a combustible gas leakage alarm designed to prevent gas explosion accident. But it doesn't work for the accidents caused by incomplete combustion of water heater and other appliances because of oxygen deficient.
