Ribbed belt is used for driving generators, fans, water pumps, A/C compressors and power steering system etc. It is divided into ribbed belt and double ribbed belt according to transmission manner.
1. Flexible cover fabric supports lateral stiffness to protect tension members, and endures the friction from tensioner under high temperature.
2. Tension members of different material provides different transmission effects-HMLS polyester cord/aramid fiver reduces the elongation during high speed running, high strength flexible cord optimizes pulley system.
3. Fiber-reinforced CR, EPDM rubber compound resists to wear and high temperature.
4. Working condition: Multi-transmission, -40° C~150° C
