Indoor floor heating system is one of the latest development for new building in recent years, which is taking the place of traditional central heating and/or air conditioning due to its advantages over easy control and less space occupying.
Newly researched and developed by our company, polyurethane(PU) insulated for floor heating is used for the insulating material as part of the system and it has already been put into big scale production. It is normally installed above the structural surface floor but under the heating radiator or device, which is covered by the room floor. And this PU insulated panel efficiently prevents heat from entering into the structural surface and maitains the room temperature and reduces the energy lose.
The thickness of the PU insulated panel is usually 20mm and it can be adjusted as per requirement. The diameter of the pre-set panel core is 16mm in thickness, which is fire-proof thin-wall pipe and allowing electrical wire passing through. The top side of the the panel is embossed aluminium foil and the lower side is ordinary brown paper. Main specification and technical data is as the following:

1. Dimensions: 900x600x20mm or 900x240x20mm;
2. Number and Dia. Of the pre-set PVC pipe: 2 nos or 1 no. Parallel alignment;
Pipe Dia.: 16mm;
3. Thickness of the embossed aluminium foil: 65 or 80 micron(??m);
4. Specific weight of the Brown Paper: 80 or 120g;
5. Density of polyurethane(PU) foam: 45-50kg/m3
6. Thermal conductivity of the polyurethane(PU) insulated panelurethane(PU): 0.020-0.024w/(m. K).
