The forging plant has 36 lines of advanced forging equipments. The auto parts productiton and forging parts can be produced about 8000 tons (the weight is from 0.1Kgs to 30kgs)annually. The key equipments are die hammers, friction presses, punching machinery, trimming machinery, CNC machinery, machining centers, intermediate frequency furnaces, continuous heatment line etc. The products are made from mild carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, etc.

The machining plant provides with a couple of CNC, digital controlled lathes, digital controlled milling machinery, milling machinery, drilling machinery, tapping machinery and ordinary lathes. And can be able to machine more than 20 kinds of products.
