JINGANG FORGE Co., Ltd (formerly"ANSHAN TENGAO SPECIAL AREA JINGANG FORGING WORKS")is a private owned and was found in 1993. We are a member of CCMI(Confederation of Chinese metal Forming Industry).

The company successfully obtained the ISO 9001: 2000 certification in July, 2007. The company is conveniently located in the Anshan Teng-ao Special Area. It is only 1.5km(1mile) away from Shenyang-Dalian freeway, 89km(55miles) from Shenyang, 300km(186miles) from Dalian sea port and 120km(75miles) from Yingkou sea port.

We employ a staff of 200 highly skilled workers that operate a manufacturing facility of more than 40, 000 square meters(430, 556 ft2), with a building area of over 10000 square meters. Our team includes 6 senior engineers, 10 project engineers, 2 Masters of Science engineers, who are ready to meet your needs.

The company is equipped with one 3, 150 ton open die hydraulic forging press and 2 hammers(4.5tons Electric-hydraulic hammer, and 1 ton Air hammer respectively); ??800 Ring Rolling Machine one. There are more than 10 heating furnaces(10m long) and heat-treating furnaces (12m long) combined. In addition, there are 40 plus turning and milling machines like CW61180/10m.

Over 25, 000 ton of forgings are shipped from the company every year. Parts can weight up to 25ton and as long as 12 meter long. The products that are forged include mill rolls, main shafts, connecting rods, gears, flanges, and dies. The quality forgings produced have served in many industries including metallurgy, Mine, Oil, electric power, shiping building, Machine tool, and so on. Many of the forgings have not only served in the Chinese domestice market but also been exported to United States, Canada, German, and Australia.
