FRP Insulated Panel

Zhongji produces FRP Insulated panel. FRP as skin panel on both sides, XPS as core. They are composited from high pressure, vacuum and specific producing technique.

Features of our sandwich boards are as follows:

1). Light weight(available from 32kg to 50kg per cubic meter).
2). High compressive strength (normally compressive strength: 150kpa to 500kpa).
2). Excellent waterproof and moisture proof (water absorption: <0.3%).
3). Low thermal conductivity ( XPS average thermal conductivity 0.028W/m. K. ).
4). Fire-retardant.
5). Quakeproof.
6). Anti-oxidation. (Long-life time)
7). Environmental friendly. (RoHS Test Passed)
