Pneumatic system
The pneumatic system adopts the modular centralized control with an extensive use of silencers, getting the machine noise level lower than the similar imported equipment.The shunt pressure and flow can be independently adjusted.All the pneumatic actions are implemented and controlled by the PLC implementation program and the pneumatic piping arrangements are reasonable and reliable.
Structure and Function
Decoiling unit
As the decoiling unit of the foil band, it is provided with the follow - up function of bias adjustment in addition to supporting the coil stock and emptying.
Winding machine
The output torque realizes the winding of the coil through the winding shaft.
Foil band shearing mechanism
It is used to cut the foil band after the coil winding is completed.
Automatic welding equipment
The welding equipment can be used to complete two kinds of welding work, wherein one is to complete the welding of the lead and the foil band, while the other is the to complete the butt welding between the foil bands.
Layer insulation decoiling device
It is used to support the insulation material roll and make the insulation material generate tension in winding.
End insulation decoiling device
It is composed of the guide bar frame, the emptying frame and the swinging carriage on the upper side of the foil winding machine.
Main frame
Main frame is a frame structure formed by the combination of related components assembled together after finishing by the thick steel plate.
