CCA Wire is produced by advanced "cladding & welding" technology, through a multi-pass drawing and heat treatment, making copper layer concentrically and closely coated on the surface of aluminum rod. It integrates both the excellent conductivity of copper and light-weight of aluminum. CCA wire can be divided into annealed type(A)and hard-drawn type(H) by mechanical property, 10% and 15% by copper volume ratio. Copper clad aluminum magnesium alloy wire (CCAM WIRE) is a new generation with high intensity which we developed based on CCA wire, and its electrical and mechanical features are between copper wire and aluminum magnesium alloy wire.
