P2220 200-MHz passive voltage probe allows you to use the probe at the top of the switch to select the 1X or 10X attenuation. The probe and TDS200, TDS1000, TDS2000, and TPS2000 Series oscilloscopes are compatible. P2220 probe also provides up to 30 VRMS floating measurement capability (only for TPS2000 Series Oscilloscopes). (Note: Do not use the TDS2000, TDS1000 or TDS200 Series oscilloscope measurements to be floating. )
