1. RFQ

Please provide following data when requesting for quotation, and our quotation team will offer a reasonable quotation within 3 days.

Data required: 2D (dwg/dxf/pdf) & 3D (stp/igs/x_t) part drawing, requirement on cavity number, plastic, mould life, surface finish. Please tell us an appointed steel material. If no, we will choose a suitable type based on your requirement on mould life.

2. For RFQ

our technical engineer team can support technical analysis, includes Product issue, mould design.

3. Order

When you are satisfied with our quotation and facility, we can sign contract for cooperation. You can either send PO via email or facsimile.

4. Project Management

A professional project engineer will be assigned to follow up the project with you, upon the receipt of PO from you.

Detailed project managing procedure as follows:

1> Firstly a series of engineering analysis will be carried out to your part drawing, including part &. mould structure analysis and Moldflow analysis etc.. Through analysis we can discover the disfigurement on part design, and propose on improvement, or send modified drawing for your /confirm/iation.
