The 3D panel forming and welding machine (Model: SD-01-1200) is an efficient, low power consumption and highly automatic machine.

Machine is controlled by PLC, made up of fixed steel wire frame and EPS board, wire frame loaded integrately and automatic unload the finished product. The oblique wire is guided by steel tube, automatic cut with position limit switch controlling the cutting length. The Hydraulic Power Transmission System is used for easier working position adjustment and the auto feedback system is also adopted in the electrical control system for fault alarm and faster solution.
