High temperature clip gasket series is used in an oven door and stove construction in which the door is adapted to be sealed to an oven surface when the door is closed.

It is designed to provide a high temperature thermal seal in environments with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 540° C/1000° F. Constructed of a stainless steel knitted wire core over braided with type E fiberglass, the gasket has a unique attachment method consisting of individual wire form clips. Spacing between clips can be varied, by clip, to suit individual customer designs. The clip itself is designed for insertion, with minimal force, in a pre-drilled hole in the door or frame of the enclosure.

The capabilities of the oven gasket are good resilience, excellent thermal protection.
