The tested injector is clamped automatically when the test begins and at same time the fuel is supplied automatically to the test system. The checking results are very accuracy and reliability.

PTXW   Injector Top Stop Setting Fixture Application

Top Stop Setting Fixture – All PT (type D), STC(HVT),and Hyperbaric Top Stop Injectors.

After fuel injector volume is completed measured, we must test the injector plunger subassembly (including STC(HVT) and Hyperbaric Top Stop Injectors). After the injector leakage test, it can be fixed on to test the tappet top stop or the travel setting, which is: Remove the injector tappet, and fix it with spring and elastic cushion, and then put the tappet back.
