Wires & Cables wrapped with Synthetic Mica Tape maintain excellent insulating performance even exposed to high temperature of 1100. This tape is suitable for thermal and electrical insulation application of all types of fire-resistant wires & cables, especially those with requirement of fire resistance above 950.
Synthetic Mica Tape is compliant with GB/T19216-2003/IEC331/BS6387CWZ etc...Test shows that, cables wrapped with two layers of this tape with thickness of 0.1mm maintain circuit integrity when exposed to temperature of 950 and voltage of 1.0KV for 90 minutes; Cables wrapped with two layers of this tape with thickness of 0.135mm maintain circuit integrity when exposed to temperature of 1000 and voltage of 1.0KV for 90 minutes.
