Polyolefin Inner Semi-Conductor Shielding Material for Silane Crosslinking (PE-BD-5)
Due to adding special aids of methy(CH3), tert-butyl[C(CH3)3] and hydroxy (OH), the shielding layer can be crossslinked during the perild of insula-tion warm water crosslinking. The cable made by this material can be working normally and securely at 90C.
As for material formulation design, hardness and strength of the material are considered, therefore, tensile strength can reach above 12.5Mpa for ensuring cable secure working. The product is used for silane crosslinking 10KV aerial insulated cable and below 35KV power cable as shielding.
