High Temperature Gasket Maker

Product Application:
It is resistant to both high temperature and high pressure. The product resits aging, weathering and thermal cycling without hardening, shrinking or cracking. Mainly used for water pumps, themostat housings, transmission pans and case covers, transaxle casings, o-ring replacement. It is used on aluminium, iron and steel flanged mating surcaces.

Improved oil resistance; Sensor safe, non-corrosive; Good adhesion and flexibility; Replaces most cut gaskets; Can be used as a gasket maker or dressing; Non-toxic, low odor.

Usage:
Clean all surfaces thoroughly. Remove old gaskets and prepare flange surfaces. Dry and remove all oil and grease; Remove the cap, puncture inner seal of the tube, screw on nozzle and cut the nozzle to desired size; Aplly continuous, uniform bead around perimeter of one surface. Completely surround all bolt holes; Wait about 10 minutes for silicone to skin over. Then reassemble the parts. Silicone dries to touch in 1 hour and allow 24 hours to fully cure and bond
