WaveMax 8000 is specically designed for lead-free soldering process. It is made from woven glass and epoxy resin. It has excellent mechanical properties even at high temperature and has stable static dissipative values as necessary for ESD application. And it has excellent durability and machining properties which can save machining cost. The specially designed epoxy resin used make it has high chemical and temperature resistance. It is generally applied as wave soldering carriers where sensitive components require ESD working conditions. The typical operation temperature is about 300C.
