AACSR
Construction:
AACSR is a composite concentric-lay-stranded conductor. Galvanlized steel strand or stramds form the central core of the conductor, around which is stranded one or more layers of the aluminium alloy wire. The steel core may consist of single strand or concentric stranded cable of 7, 19, 37, or more wires. Numerous combinations of aluminium alloy and steel and layers are possible.

AACSR is widely used as bare overhead power transmission and distribution lines, AACSR
Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable.
