N637 DMD mid-temperature curing epoxy prepreg material is composed of heat-resistant epoxy resin, latent curing agent and DMD polyester laminated film. It is a new F-class middle temperature fast curing epoxy prepreg material. N637 is particularly applicable to low voltage wire coil layer insulation of F-class dry type transformers.

Characteristics:
1. Long storage period over 3 months under 25.
2. High reaction activity likely to ensure 35 hours for completely curing between 110 120.
3. Curing product has good adhesiveness with shear strength up to 10 MPa, much higher than 3MPa of industry standard.
