The material is 85%-90% aluminum

The wire has high frequency electrical properties equal to solid copper

Copper clad aluminum is widely used in applications requiring the conductivity of copper while retaining much of the weight advantages of aluminum

By fine wire drawing machine, it can draw even up to diameter of 0.05mm and our current diameter size available is: 0.10-4.00mm

A. C. Conductivity: More than 5 MHz equal to solid copper

D. C. Conductivity: 65% IACS

Density: CCA density is 3.63-3.73G/cm3

The length of 1000kg CCA is equal to that of 2500kg pure copper wire

Copper by volume: 15% (2% more or less)

Copper by weight: 40% (2% more or less)

Tensile strength Annealed: 172MPA

Tensile strength Hard: 205MPA

Elongation Annealed: 15%

Elongation Hard: 2.5%
