Structure:
This model consists of three parts: frame, main shaft box and material holding shelf. Supported by long axle, the main shaft box is an integral part which occupies little space but can undertakes large weight. Meanwhile, it has the advantages of easy loading and flexible operating.

Features:
With double-shaft mechanism, it can be loaded while being used, greatly saves the material changing time, improve the production capacity, and reduce the production cost. Since non-power structure is used, besides cooperating with normal straightening machine, it mainly optimize the effect through working together with S-type high-speed material straightener and straightening machine.
