EMI Shielding Foam Gasket of STECH is made of Polyurethane Foam and conductive fabric. The specialized produced foam shows excellent flexibility, restoration and adhesion. The fabric used to produce Gasket is coated by Thermal Adhesive and Flame Retardant Thermal Adhesive. The flame retardant coating of STECH is in the level of UL94VTM-1 and VTM-0.

If coated with Cu and Ni, Polyurethane foam also shows distinguished conductivity. While General Rectangular Shape or D-Shape as well as FL-Shape (Folding leaf) and DD-Shape (Double D-Shape) are available, various shape and thickness in accordance with the customers' request will be also supplied. The diverse properties of softness, convenience, low price, high conductivity and low surface resistance that cannot be seen at Elastomer or Finger Strip Gasket exhibit remarkable shielding effect. Gold Gasket also provides the highest shielding effect with notable conductivity and minimum oxidization.
