We provide two types of Quartz Flange/Ring according to material and processing method. (1)imported high purity quartz material/Cold processing: This type the flange has high purity with SiO2 content up to 6N. So it has the following beneficial characteristics of: Very Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion, strong Resistance to High Temperature, High Chemical Purity High Corrosion Resistance, Extensive Optical Transmission from Ultra-Violet to Infra-Red, Excellent Electrical Insulation. (2)Qualities Domestics Quartz material/Sintered methods: This products are produced by sintered method, the purity of SiO2 for the products is lower than previous products, whose content of SiO2 is 99.7%, but it has the great advangtage of lower price compared to that by cold processing method. The sintered flange also has its virtues: Better thermal shock resistance and burst resistance at high temprerature, it can work even at 1680 celsius degrees.
