This mold is made for a customer from Netherland of which a hightec pipe system solution provider of Europe. The mold weights more than 8 tons and with hot runner system built in.

Aarone Engineering Products Company Limited, capitalized by a Hong Kong group was founded in August 1983. The plant was opened in 1991 and located in Shajing, Baoan District, Shenzhen. It designs and manufactures plastic injection molds and plastic parts for full scale of plastic products. In addition, our OEM service includes plastic injection molding, mold making, screen printing, painting and production assembly.

The plant covers 30, 000 m2 of space with about 1, 300 employees. Within are offices to the Human Resources, Accounting, Sourcing, Engineering, PMC, Research & Development, document Control, Technical Assistance and others. The working areas comprise of departments of Injection Molding, Tooling, Tool Maintenance, PE, Screen Printing, Color Mixing Room, QC, Assembly Production Floor and Warehouse.
