Working Principle
1. Solar components take flat-panel solar collector - which series-parallel composited of solar collectors flat-panel produced by the Huang solar energy equipment family, which transformed sunlight into energy.
2. When collector temperature TC is higher than probe circuit of a tank outlet temperature TR, the controller of circulating pump is running (for forced circulation).
3. Circulating pumps force the working fluid circulating in the circulation line; Transfer the heat of collector to thermal energy storage tank; To improve the temperature of the water in the tank constantly.
4. When the circulating pump is running, if the temperature is less than a set value, the circulating pump will stop working.
5. When the tank water temperature TR is higher than the maximum water temperature setting, the controller will automatically close the circulating pump.
6. Auxiliary electric heater water tank can automatically maintain a constant temperature which water tank's upper set fixed value; In rainy days, hot water can still supplied.
7. Antifreeze protection: When solar collector water temperature is below 4 gereees, it will take the automatic cycle, which use temperature to control circulating pump and piping to ensure the outdoor solar system is not frozen in winter.
8. Heating pipe temperature is less than automatic cycle temperature settings, and ensure the adequate of outlet water pressure, a leading open water there.
