"Self-Tapping " it is not necessary to drive thread in the workpiece with screw tap, but is can be driven into workpiece directly using tools after pre-cutting a hole. So it is hightly efficient and simple in installation, what 's more, it increases load capacity of materials and wearing resistance, which can avoid damage of thread effectively.
Installation
Install the self-tapping to the special tool, and then drive the tool into pre-cutting hole after one round. After making sure the tool to be vertical with the surface of workpiece, drive the insert which is installed to the tool into hole forcibly. When the surface of the self-taping insert is under the workpiece surface about 0.2mm, stop driving and extract the tool from hole in the opposite direction.
