Covering an area of more than 67 hectares, TWNE has a total investment of about RMB5.4 billion.The construction comes in three phases.Phase one has realized produciton from August 2008 and the capacity is 200MW Multicrystalline wafer, 50MW Mono wafer, 100MW PV cell and 60MW PV module.Phase two is projected to be finished by June 2010 and the total capacity will increase to 500MW Multi wafer, 100MW Mono wafer, 300MW cell and 60MW module.Phase three is planned to get ramped up by June 2012 and the total capacity will increase to 1GW Multi wafer, 100MW Mono wafer, 600MW cell and 60MW module.
