In 1984, it was the first enterprise in China which introduced the production line with annual capacity in 500KW solar modules from the USA and Canada.
In 1999, it was successfully authenticated by ISO9001: 2000
In 2002, it was successfully authenticated by ISO9001: 2000.49 solar photovoltaic power stations were competed in Changdu Prefecture, Tibet. Its general onstruction scale reached 1.065MW
In 2007, the productive capacity of solar cells will be extended to 100MW.
