Enamelled CCA Wire is a new designed electromagnetic wire that copper coated aluminum material is used to make its internal conductor. Its properties are similar as copper and aluminum because it has the good electrical conductivity as copper and light weight as aluminum.

1. Direct-current electronic resistivity: The electronic resistance of Enamelled Aluminum Wire and Enamelled CCA Wire is approximately 1.5 times of pure copper wire. When the resistances are the same, the weight of Enamelled CCA Round Wire is about half of the pure copper wire.

2. Good braze abilities: Because its surface is coated with a layer of pure copper, Enamelled CCA Round Wire has the same braze ability as the pure copper wire without any special treatment.

3. Light weights: The density of the Enamelled Aluminum Wire and Enamelled CCA Wire is 1/3 of the pure copper wire which has the same diameter. Therefore it is effective to reduce the weights of the electric cable and the coil.
