1. Core adopts the grade B fir finger joint with two or three joint. The moisture is 10%(± 2%), used the water proof glue.
2. The face is covered with 0.6mm whole red oak sliced veneer of grade A.
3. The back is covered with 0.3mm any species veneer of grade B/C for avoiding warping
4. The tolerance of the size: Width and length -0, +1 Thickness: -0, +0.5
5. The two edges of the width are covered with thicker than 3mm red oak edge band with gradeA.
6. Face and two edges are treated with sanding.
