CA-2H Copper Alloy material has many excellent performance, such as high strength, low friction, high resistance to wear (5-7 times better than simple bronze), high static load pressure (15% high than simple bronze), high hardness, not easy to deformation, high thermal conductivity and so on. The moulds which produced by this alloy is not easy to viscous the moulds and not to scratch the work piece of the stainless steel material when deep drawing or rolling.

Not only can improve the quality of the moulds, but also can decrease the repair times and loss of the moulds. Thermal expansion is only 1/3 of hot-work die steel, but the thermal conductivity is 5 times than hot-work die steel. This excellent characteristic can shortening 20%-25% on the production cycle of extrusion of plastics.
