FD15-50kw wind turbine is composed of wind generator, controller, inverter, and free tower.

The system has a yaw control, speed control and pitch control functions, and uses converter-inverter and on-grid electricity technology to achieve automatically generating electricity on-grid without interference.
We uses Siemens PLC as primary speed controller, tower-base control panel(TCP) and nacelle control panel(NCP) communicate by Profibus. Nacelle auxiliary control using an independence distribution controller blade adjustments using inverter-drive screw structure, thereby ensure complete machines loads security and energy production stabilization when wind generator work above rated wind speed.
Generator control section use VACON converter and inverter to change generator speed to follow the wind speed, to achieve optimum control of Tip-Speed Ratio(TSR) under rated wind speed and capture maximum wind power. Converter and inverter have a complete protection function.

The system can be achieved remote monitoring and control via wired and wireless network. This function is optional by customers.
