Post Insulator

The polymeric housing post insulator maily applys to transformer substation. The polymeric housing post insulators consisting of a load bearing cylindrical insulating solid core made of resin impregnated fibres, a housing (outside the insulating solid core) made of elastomer material (e. G. Silicone or ethylene-propylene) and end fittings attached to the insulating core. Solid silicon rubber material, which combines the advantages of light weight and good electrical performance but has poorer load bearing properties than porcelain insulator.

The station post insulator comply with the American standard ANSI, IEC, BS, AS, DIN and CAN standard or according to the customer's requirement.

The glaze colour of the insulator are brown, light gray, etc.
