AAC&ACSR have been widely used in overhead power transmission lines with various voltage levels, since they have such good characteristics as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for lines, large transmission capacity and are suitable for laying across rivers and valleys with special geographical features, etc. Our company can not only produce ASC & ACSR according to the atandards of ASTM, DIN, BS etc, but also can produce non-standard ASC &ACSR according to customers' special requirement for cross section, structure and performance. And we can manufacture anti-corrosion ACSR according to the customers' needs of different anti-corrosion grades by way of applying an anti-corrosion coating between arbitrarily designated layers of ACSR.

The structure form of overhead insulated cables have single core, 2-core, 3-core, and (3+1) core. The insulation materials include PVC, Polyethylene( PE) and cross linked Polyethylene ( XLPE) which includes chemical cross-linking and radiation cross-linking as well as resistance to climate of overhead insulation materials. Cable conductors have all aluminium conductor, all copper conductor and all aluminium-steel combined type of conductor. Our company researched into this overhead insulated cables in 1992 and 1994 and successfully manufactured 0.6/1KV, 10KV, and 35KV of overhead insulated cables. Thereafter, the products had been passed by Provincial Authority. There are two types of 10KV grade insulation structure, one is light type and other is common type. The light type cable is used in the place where cable is not in contact with trees frequently and there is not large amount of dust pollution surroundings. Common insulation structure cable is used in place where cable is in contact with trees frequently and has severe dust pollution surroundings. Even if it has advantage of small occupied space and flexibility of installation.

Our company has been developing the flame retardant cable since the end of the eighties and has successfully developed Class A. B. And C flame retardant cable, the low smoke low halogen flame retardant cable, the low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable and the high flame retardant cable. At the beginning of the nineties, our company started to develop the fire resistant cable and has successfully developed Class A and B fire resistant power cable and fire resistant control cable. Its fire resistance properties comply with the relevant stipulations in DB12666.6 and IEC331, the cable burns for 1.5 hours at the fire of 950C-1000C and 750C-800C, meanwhile its insulation will not be punctured under an applied rated voltage.

Control cables are used in the site of control suit, monitoring circuit and protective lines that have A. C rated voltage of 600. /1000V and below. As connecting lines between various electric appliances, they have common type cables, flame retardant type cable, fire resistant type cable, oxygen- barried type cable, high temperature resistant type cable, freezing resistant type cable, halogen-free type cable, low smoke low halogen type cable, screened type cable, armouring type cable, moving type cable, fixed type cable, water-proof type cable, corrosion-proof lead sheathing type cable and K3 type unclear class cables etc. With fluorid-plastic, polyvinylchloride, cross-link polyethylene, thermoplastics costumers, fire resistant mica tape and nylon combined insulation respectively.
