1.Carefully fasten the treads to your shoes bu slipping the front loop over your toes,stretching the treads over the sole and hooking the back loop over the heel,as shown in the picture.

2.To prevent damage to the steel tips,use treads only on snow or ice.

3.Clean the treads after each use bu wiping them with a dry cloth.

4.Store the treads in a cool dry place,out of direct sunlight.
