We are having a very strong Tool Design and Fabrication capability, which includes injection Molds, Die-Casting Mold and Stamping Molds.

Tooling machinery used are made in Germany, Swiss and Japan. The maximum tool sizes are 4 meters x 2 meters. We are equipped with 100 units of precision injection molding machine ranging from 10 Ton to 3, 000 Ton, mostly Japanese made Mitsubishi and Toshiba. We are having a handful of Die-Casting machinery ranging from 80 Ton to 800 Ton, capable of producing Aluminum, Zinc and Magnesium Alloy parts.

We are having a handful of Stamping machinery ranging from 40 Ton to 800 Ton, capable in Single and Progressive Dies.
